Its never phased me when a chick gives me a number unless ofcourse its very high (i guess its relative). But for me 20s 30s is pretty standard.
However i think the big reason it bothers you is because you havent really slept with many people and it makes you feel inferior and weak deep down so your own insecurity has made her number of 20 people that she has slept with a problem to you.

So lets say by the time you turn 20 you have slept with 8 people. 3 a yr for 5 yrs isnt a big deal when you put the numbers in perspective w.r.t. the time period.
