Supplements:

Animal Pak
Animal Flex
Animal Omega
Vitamin D3
^^ daily

Preworkout:
1 Scoop Evogen Glycoject + 2 scoops Scivation quake.

Post workout:
Whey/Leucine/Glutamine.

I dumped the creatine Mono a week ago because I do retain a little water on it, plus I've gotten weak AF anyways so whatever. The preworkout combo has been very good, but I think I may switch to doing 10g of carbs beforehand, and 10g while training + BCAAS. I find my pump cashing out earlier lately.

^^ nah none of those. Just have Wegmans, and a bunch of random stores. Not many chains.

Weekend coming up, hardest time to stay faithful to the diet. Big summer party coming up on the 10th, so going 100% clean til then. I plan on enjoying myself there and having some food and maybe a beer or two.

Week of June 19th-23rd I'm going in my old tradie mode and taking vacation from cubecel life and helping my bro out with his landscaping company for a week. Will be challenging with diet that week, I imagine I am going to have to bump my calories up a good amount on the work days because its strenuous as fuk. Hitting around 2300-2400 now, will probably go up to around 3k for that week. I normally don't get too hungry while working in the heat however, so I should be able to keep it pretty clean. Bring some wraps/greek yogurts and fruit.

Sitting at 228 now, strength is consistent, sleeping fine, libido fine, weight keeps dropping so I think I'm good with my calorie range now.

Some changes...

Switched out red meat for wild Alaskan Cod. It has made a difference in how I feel. I was having lean angus 5-6 times a week. The whitefish definitely is agreeing with me better. Also I stopped with whole grain wraps. The carb content vs. sodium wasn't balanced enough. I've been feeling bloated the last 3 days so I tried taking down my sodium and it's helped.

Sped up my workouts to be done at 6AM exactly so I have 15 minutes for cardio before I have to leave the building. Chose the stairmaster since it's brutal.

Keep up the good work man. Definitely up your calories when doing the landscaping. I do the same thing when I lend my dad's roofing company a hand. I've been eating red meat once a day. Big sale on London Broil. Sooooo good

Cutting sodium is not the answer you're looking for. Sodium is essential for lifters especially. Its required for the uptake and utilization of carbohydrates

It won't bloat you if you're consistent with it and consume enough fluids

mmm love a good London broil. I still haven't perfected making it. My aunt used to cook with with that Dinosaur BBQ and it was amazing, but I forget how she did it

Yeah true, but I was way over what I should have been taking in due to hot sauces and stuff to make food tolerable. I'm more around 2500-3000 a day now. Feeling better. I remember Stan Efferding having a video on sodium intake, and how he keeps his pretty high. I'm gonna go back and watch that. Thanks man!

That's one of his major talking points usually. He harps on it quite a bit

I remember one of his appearances on the PowerCast talking about it. I implemented what he said and it changed the way I felt for the better immediately. I used to shy away from salt too and it turns out that was causing my more problems than anything

225.6 this morning. Lightest I've been since I was 22. Feeling very good. Feeling excellent at a lighter body weight and lean. Big Summer BBQ tomorrow (annual party thing) so I plan on indulging a bit. Will probably only have my post workout shake + a low calorie meal to keep the damage to a minimal. I haven't had alcohol since December, but I may have a beer or two.

Tomorrow, OP will fall off the band wagon...
I keep pushing because I think I'm untouchable. But I'll learn the hard way because I'm only a popcorn fart away from a 30 day ban.

I love the lean feeling. I'm going on a kayaking/camping trip this weekend with the boys. I also plan on indulging on some beers and roast pork over the fire. Hopefully all the paddling burns off those beer calories lol

Enjoy man! I'm definitely keeping it moderate because I've been eating so clean that I feel a binge would severely cripple my digestive system. Won't have more than 2 beers max due to not drinking a thing in 6 months as well. Some good food, 1 or 2 beers and I'm happy for the day. Will be up early Sunday AM to bang out a workout.

Summer BBQ went good. Had two plates of food, and 3 beers.....if you have access to Susquehanna Brewing Co Shady Spot near you, get a case. Its a local brewery in PA that makes awesome beers. Not sure how far they market thought.

Sunday was back to normal, diet right back on track. Holding a lot of water from yesterday. I was out in the heat nearly all day working at my house and coaching. I did not get nearly enough water. Need to hydrate like a motha ****a today.

Back from my life as a tradie for the week. What fun.... Diet took a mild hit. I had some crappy meals at night due to being super low on calories. Probably still only went over marcos by 500ish. I felt the difference in my body Saturday however from the poor diet and being out in the heat all day. I felt soft, and bloated. Amazing how you can notice such small changes in your physique as you get leaner. Spent Saturday and Sunday detoxing and hopped right back on routine. Feel back to normal today, and look it in the mirror.

Adding in a 6th day of lifting as well.

Monday - Heavy Chest
Tuesday - Volume back
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Delts
Friday - Back Thickness/volume chest
Saturday - Arms

Gonna try this out for awhile and see how it goes. Added in 15-20 min of HIT on the stairmill at least 4x a week as well depending on how much time I have left in the AM.

Progress picture. I figured its about time. This was taken this morning, fresh out of bed. 227.8

Let me know if this is showing, I can't see Imgur images at work and I just copied the URL from an e-mail I sent myself.

This is the leanest I've ever been and I'm holding more mass than I anticipated, so I'm happy about that.

thanks big man!

I took your advice and kept my sodium up a little more, and added a day of lifting in. I'm at 6 days a week now with only Sundays off. Just making sure to control the volume with chest and back. Hitting Heavy chest Monday, volume back Tuesday..........then on Friday I have volume chest and heavy rowing/rackpulls.
