sad thing about our society is guarantee you that employee was fired. there was a CVS pharmacist years ago where the store was being held up at gun point. the pharmacist carried a concealed weapon on him because he worked in a bad area (he had a permit). he shot at the robber and scared him off and got fired for it (against company policy to have gun and to fight back)

If those are both employees, then they both need to be fired.

Confronting customers like this places everyone at risk in the restaurant. The man is, no doubt, out of his fukking mind. What if he had a gun? Escalating the situation could cause a bunch of people to get hurt.

Using a taser and standing on his head was unneeded and was excessive force. That guy must of been on drugs. Why start a fight when you're wearing a leg/brace, unless he thought it was amour lol. Hopefully he was picked up by polices. Looks like a terrible area overall though.

People will wonder "Why doesn't this place have a policy that discourages employees from escalating situations like these?".
