Low key a lot of young women (and men) are only managing to get by because of their luck in having a good metabolism.

A lot of girls I know are pretty much on the verge of becoming obese, you can see it in their faces and their overall skinnyfat physique. I looked over the pics of some of the girls I used to go to highschool with (so about four years ago), and was kinda shocked at how they gained so much weight.

But at the same time, I also know a ton of girls who exercise and work out, and I don't see them going bad any time soon.

I have always had a super fast metabolism but it was TOO fast before so I was super skinny. After I had kids then started exercising I looked a lot better. I just never could gain weight before

Anyways that's why you need a chick who's legit into her health, a lot of times people are in HS and mainly only in shape cause they play sports, then they're only doing that to hang with friends, etc.

The point is many of these people (I was one myself) get out of school and lose that drive, it's easier doing something with a group of people.

At about senior year I stopped playing sports, stopped working out, ate whatever I wanted, from age 18-25 or so I put on like 40 Lbs. of fat.

Then one day one of my friends was giving me **** and said I was fat and I'm skinny fat like nah bro I'm not I barely even have fat on my stomach (pinched about 3" of fat), since then I never looked back.

I only have one case that extreme and IDK what time span it was over.

I was 23 working at this pizza place, waitress a year older there was a ****ing smoke show.

She married this goofy dude who worked with her at the jimmy Johns she owns (rich parents) and he thought he was set for life and marrying way out of his league. Within a few years she went on the dreamer bulk of the century.
