OP if you can:
1. grow a thick beard similar to the main character in the movie 300 - this will disguise your receded jaw.
2. Start lifting, with an emphasis on trying to grow your neck.
3. Grow your hair on the top of your head while keeping the sides and back short, making sure that the hair length difference is gradual.
4. Save for a hair transplant, not sure if your skull is fit for being shaved.
5. Once you have started lifting, and stay consistent for a few years, upgrade your wardrobe b/c your shirt seems really stretched out around the collar. Stick with blacks, greys, dark blues with little to no branding.

You have full-blown, textbook G.A.S. Do the above and you just may make it. Also, consider a heavy dose of TRT as I am sensing your test is very low. OP, I am not trying to belittle you, my advice is dead srs. Do the above and you will make it.

You have a chance of making it OP. Sort your hairline out for starters, lose some fat and start lifting. Technology may help you with your jawline but I'd only use it as a last resort.
