Fake natties like Jeff Seid are the absolute fukkin worst though. They're clearly on the orange juice but will mock other people who're on OJ or get caught doing it.
this is the biggest misconception. Most guys I know who juice, look a lot chitter than some good natty's on this site.

not natty does not = a good physique.......only a good natty physique that is already put in the hard work can be improved....that's the reality.

You can still look good natty, even have the size of someone on gear to an extent. You'll just never get the conditioning to go with it. I'm satisfied for the most part though. Who knows in a few years I may decide to leave humanity behind but in the mean time I still look better than a lot of people who are on so I'm not complaining.
