But since it doesn't seem like you know how to read, I criticized the officer's actions. I said his behavior wasn't justified. All I did was make an observation about what I saw in relation to what the ex-officer said.

Having a conversation with a valet doing his job = "fearing for your life". I guess people should fear for their lives anytime someone within 10 feet puts their hands in their pockets then.

Did you even bother to read my post or watch the vid? I didn't say that having a conversation with a valet constituted fearing for one's life. I basically made an observation based on the video and said that the series of actions of the valet putting his hands into his pockets, getting decked, and then having the ex-officer search the valet's pockets can suggest what the ex-swat guy did was at least in part reactionary. The ex-swat guy searched the valet's pockets for stuff, which I'm assuming was for a weapon.

I didn't justify the guy's actions. I even called it assault.
