I stuck a lulzy $50 on McGregor to win.

Hoping Floyd needs the money (back-taxes issues with the guy, shocking I know) he'll get from a re-match by purposely losing this fight.

Based on your post history I'm surprised you're so willing to throw your money away.

For Mayweather, he has not anything to gain from winning, his paycheck is the same if he loses or wins. He wins, so what, he beat up a MMA fighter. He loses, well his perfect record is ruined, although they could say while he was a professional champion he never lost. It will make him look really bad that he got beat up by a MMA fighter. If Connor wins.... holy fark it would be big and he would probably go down in history as the greatest all around fighter ever.

As far as getting points goes, I don't think Connor can win there, but those fist are heavy AF and I'm not sure Mayweather has ever been hit that hard. That guy he was boxing was a 2x champion not long ago, still pro, dude wend down to a punch through the headgear. Looked pretty quick for that hard of a punch.

What are the chances that those videos are authentic and that the other boxer wasn't paid to make some interesting videos in Conor's favor?

As an ex amateur boxer and life long fan.. I can tell you this is brilliantly orchestrated marketing. I lived in LA before college and got to spar with some bros down in Oxnard and got invited by these guys to see their gyms pro fighters' camps.

I got to see Fernando Vargas spar, Victor Ortiz etc. These open sessions are basically photo shoots... what's presented to the fans (and their opponent) are snippets of good moments to sell fights and completely do not represent what happens in the session.

As much as I love boxing, I'm well aware it's a business above all. Boxing is very currupt. Paulie was in on it or just used by the Mcgregor camp to further promote the fight. Why bring Paulie, a retired out of shape boxer who fights completely different than May?

Lol bro. You can't be that delusional. Mayweather hasn't fought a guy with the power of Mac?!

You serious? You forget Money made Canelo look like an amateur in the ring. Canelo hits just as hard or harder than Conor, and undoubtedly a better boxer... and he couldn't bring down Floyd, what makes you thing Conor will? Lol

This is what I'm talking about, when I saw that punch connect I knew Floyd has no shot in this fight. Just the whole feeling I got from what he was doing, the movement; I saw enough to know what its gonna be like. Floyd won't even land a single good punch.

I love Paulie and he was good in his younger years but he has never been on the same level as Floyd. His younger self wouldn't even of been able to beat a 40 year old Floyd.

they've fallen victim to UFC/Conor Mcgregor hype machine.

Man, the disappointment is going to be tough come August 26th. At least they can fall on the fact Conor isn't a boxer, which I'm sure they'll do when Conor gets schooled.

It's hilarious how they think one of Floyd's easiest opponents can actually knock him out. Look at that video, him flailing his arms like a girl. This the guy who's suppose to take out one of the P4P greatest of all time lmao.

You are logically fallacious in the aspect of that you think Paulie has to be better Floyd.

The beauty of this is, he doesn't have to be. All that simply has to be true is that Conor is better than Floyd.

Considering nothing Floyd has done is as spectacular as the Jose Aldo knockout, its safe to say Conor is a better fighter in general all things considered including physical traits.

Conor is a better fighter than Floyd.
Conor is a better fighter than Paulie.

The question is, is Conor a better "boxer"?

Well the doubt up until this point has been that boxing is a sweet science. We were worried Conor wouldn't translate his superior fighting into the boxing rule set.

But if that critique were true, then Conor would not do good in boxing in general. Neither against Paulie nor Floyd.

So it doesn't matter if Floyd is a better boxer than Paulie, because Conor is already better than Floyd in general, all we needed to know was that he doesn't suck at boxing which was the main concern.

Paulie, as a boxer, was enough to demonstrate that. He is just as much of a boxing guy as anyone, boxing is boxing, and if he can't use his experience to leverage advantages then the fact that he is a boxer is pointless and we just go back to square one where Conor is the superior fighter of the three.

By that measure Floyd has no chance in hell to win this fight. Wont even make it out the 4th round.

20 seconds out of 20 rounds. I don't doubt McGregor can box, though unclear as to what level of skill against current ,non retired not out of shape guys like Paulie. Floyd is 40 and post 2 years retired though. There are certain little things you can say are in McGregor's favour but at the same time Floyd is Floyd.

Paulie is dumb for thinking he could badmouth McGregor then show up and "help" and not get trolled.

Lol as I stated long ago I'm rooting for Conor as I always had rooted against mayweather in all his boxing fights since dela hoya because I'm always interested in seeing another PRO boxer try and break his defense.

But answer this, whatpro boxingexperience (fights) does conor have going into this?

How does a 30 second clip(s) justify 36minutes?

And to be fair, they both looked like garbage in that clip. I'll give conor his straight left cross, pretty much but everything else looks sloppy as shet. Looked like slapping and pitty patting his punches from the inside. He honestly looked better against Chris.

He better not fight like that against Mayweather for the sake of not get schooled.

And if you wanted to buy using age and athletecisim at least buy it from a dude who's got pro boxingexperience. Mikey Garcia whos currently one of the best in boxing and whose younger than both conor and floyd still may not even have a chance against floyd.

Anyway as I said I'm rooting conor, ahem I mean your boyfriend. Would be interesting too see how conor comes in technically
