Pretty sad what this person is doing for attention, let me break it down.

She's trying to be a relevant person in her own self-constructed shamble of a watershed moment, and she believes fetishizing african american/black male is going to "bring down racist alt-right whiteness."

I don't think she has a fundamental grasp of intimacy, where two people are together for attraction/love/connection, and perpetuates or creates this bbc fetish to troll and trigger "racist alt-right" people, who actually are the vocal minority. She's equating sexual relationships with a black males as a legitimate social justice platform, not realizing that she is actually treating black men as an inferior groups of people who only exists for her sexual pleasure by fetishizing them.

At the last point, she thinks she's the trigger that will perpetuate this "race-mixing, and fetishizing" culture that will perpetuate for a century (100 years), when in reality no one will remember her past a few seconds. Judge people by the contents of their character, not on their skin color.
