I do typically use WBTB when intentionally trying for long LD chains. What have you noticed differs when you take that stack vs not taking it?
You don't lose your effectiveness as I have taken them too but you need to take correct supp elements together for example.

L-tryptophan + b6 2 hours before sleep
Choline + b5 right before bed or in WBTB.

I'm the most advanced lucid dreamer on the misc dead srs, everything people have thought I have done. Have most stories written down usually track them on my phone.

Also I don't recommended using any suppelements until you can sustain lucidity by yourself constantly, it's mainly mental but some people can caught up in it and think it's the only way they can have one, which is completely wrong.

I agree, but you usually have to start with some effort.

It's similar to trying to do anything effortlessly. First, you have to do it with effort. I couldn't shoot a bow effortlessly despite that being the goal of skilled archers; I have to start with significant effort, and over time, I develop the ability to do it without effort.
All of humanity's problems stem from man's inability to sit quietly in a room alone.

Updated the OP. We're going to be on another level by the end of the month bros

I've had it on a routine from September to October and my anxiety was so much more manageable. But so many things happened in November I lost touch with it. Hoping to keep the habit going after this month.

Lucid dreaming is real? mind = blown. Is it like in dr strange where i could study if I wanted to? srs. Is there a thread on that?

For 1, I ran out of the Take 10, 20, 30 guided meditations on Headspace that made it so convenient haha. Never made the leap to try it without the app. Also I got rid of my anxiety which was why I started in the first place so I wasn't as motivated.

It was definitely a positive experience though. I'm gonna start up again.

Haven't seen dr strange so not sure what you're talking about but yes lucid dreaming is real.

It is not just being aware your in a dream, it is actually controlling changing what's in it and what's happening.

Example, these are some of the things I've done in once I've become lucid.

1. Stand on the moon - done
2. Split the sea like Moses - done
3. Find a T. rex - done
4. Lift up an entire building - done
5. Time travel to the year 10k - done
6. Fight a giant octopus with a flame sword - done
7. Go to the bottom of the marianas trench and make a light source - done
8. Make a clone - done
9. Shape shift into a dragon - done
10. Smoke DMT - done
11. Beerus destroy(dragon ball super) - done
12. Teleport - done
13. Speak to my spirit guide - done

Just some of the things I've done.

Once you truly learn to lucid dream it is a very amazing experience honestly anything you can imagine cancome true with some practice, you can do any of those things I've said and more. If you need advice lmk.

Yeah it definitely makes a difference, it doesn't do it for you but if you're already doing LD work and are close to or having LDs naturally it's like a cheat code. You just have to put at least one night in between uses, preferably more like 3-4 nights so you don't develop a tolerance to the Galantamine. I do 8mg of G, 300mg alpha gpc and 500mg choline.

Had my first WILD using this stack and wasn't even trying, just laid down after popping them and staying up for like 20 minutes meditating, went from looking at the blackness of my eyelids to falling through clouds in a night sky and flying down over a lit up metropolis at supersonic speeds like ironman. Sometimes I'll end up in a barely formed dream where I can feel objects/walls around me but my vision isn't there, eventually the dream forms and it's super vivid, like the most HD crisp vividness ever it's insane. Even when I don't get lucid my dreams are almost always more vivid/crazy and I remember a lot more.

Yeah you gotta put in the work, can't rely on the supps to do anything for you. I think they can be a huge help for people who're like 2-4 weeks into the practice to get their first LD, once you get one you have that crucial feeling and memory of it that you can work with to expedite your progress.

What's a good app to meditate within a noisy environment? something that shuts out sounds but doesn't interfere with meditation.

Also I don't believe I had my question answered the last time there was a meditation thread elsewhere, but does anyone make use of any binaural beats tracks for meditating? I've read some frequencies can help with specific problems (anxiety, depression, etc) and was wondering how effective they were or if it was just audible snake oil.

Just meditate. Not for the purpose of changing your mood state or trying to acquire some feeling (because then you are living in the future and thus no longer present, and therefore not meditating). Forget the rest.

In! And yes, there are some good binaural beats on youtube and elsewhere, I've had good experience with them. Especially if you find it difficult to just sit quietly and do it. There is definitely science behind the different brainwaves, Alpha, Beta, Theta etc. For example listening to Theta waves should relax you and alpha should energize you (I think).

But the situationally specific ones are probably not accurate. Still, with the right wavelength they could be helpful, and also the Placebo effect is a hell of a drug.

This is true in a way. But I've seen a lot of benefits setting intent before meditation. Maybe when your mind wanders redirect your mind to your intent, THEN back to your breath (don't just think about your intent for 15 minutes). Or maybe just set an intent at the beginning then do your normal meditation.

I've been doing one session in the afternoon for a while, but would like to up it to 3-4x. I've done it before and like it, but haven't stuck with that many times a day for long.

Also since I started work I've missed quite a few days.

I lucid dream but it's not all it's cracked up to be.

You know it's a dream because it feels like a dream. It's not as dense as this "physical" reality so a lot of the sensations you get may feel off, or there may be a time lag, or faces / things shapeshift. It's a skill to be learned. Still, nonetheless, everyone in the lucid dream is you and you are the most powerful being within yourself.

Done. I use this...

There's various other lengths of that vid as well. I dunno why I put off meditating because when I actually do it, I don't want to come around when the time is up. I sat there for at least an extra 20 mins after the bell had chimed.
