And shouldn't they know before they built a billion dollar theme park that the island was a volcano...? And Chris Pratt is going back because of a velociraptor...u wot m8?

And it just felt like the entire trailer was the one scene of them running from the volcano eruption. Looked really bad tbh.
Lol this, you hit the nail on the head.

They ruined Star Wars, may as well ruin this too.

Seriously.. I went to Disney Land like... 1 year ago, they have that one "ride" where it's a giant screen and they have this pretty awesome 15 minute "movie" of all the Star Wars back to back.

I swear to god.. I kid you not, it was actually awesome for the first 11 minutes until they got to the last 4 of the "new age" star wass Disney bs. It surprised me, I'm under 30 still, and I thought the fact that the first Star Wars are so old now that the first 11 minutes would look corny. While there's some corni-ness to it, it looks years better story wise than this Disney sjw bs. It was so sad to see.

I was sitting there for the first 11 minutes like wow.. this is actually amazing, it seriously is just as good of a story as it used to be. It honestly had you captivated.

Then the new stuff rolls out and it's honestly a little heart breaking..

Jurassic Park is awesome, as much as I love Chris Pratt as a person.. I don't get why they hire comedians for serious roles. There are NO good movies anymore, so it artificially inflates the "sales" of a movie and keeps the idiots milking remakes in business. If a real, original and quality movie series came out with a hugh budget start, people would wake up and they'd go oh... we were messing this up the whole time. Brb dinosaurs running from volcanoes.. ok.

They should have just done something where people crash land on the island and that's what forces people to go back and dump this weird Chris Pratt raptor pet thing

Wasn't that the plot of JP3? Some kid and his idiot friend vacation near the island. Crash there and the kid is stuck all alone so his parents have to go back to get him. Well the parents hire Sam Neil to do it. lol

That was honestly a strange trailer, I agree with previous miscers calling it underwhelming. Fortunately trailers aren’t really indicative of the movie’s actual quality — I’m holding out hope that’s the case here

I still remember when the original Jurassic Park came out in 1993. It created a huge stir, it was THE movie, everyone had to go see it. I was begging my mom to let me see it and I still remember her saying "I'm not sure, there was a newspaper article that said kids shouldn't go see it because it might be traumatizing". I ended up seeing it in the theater and a few parts definitely made us jump.

Great movie, had lots of replay value for us kids throughout the 90's. Obviously II and III were a joke. I thought Jurassic World was pretty decent. Looking forward to this one, really due to nostalgia and not much else.

feels

I went to watch it with my parents and sister in theatres (I was 7 yo then) and loved it. Had the stickerbook and lots of toys and later rewatched it a dozen of times on VHS. It still is one of my favorite movies of all time and that will likely never change.

This looks fuking stupid.

And Jurassic World is one of the cheesiest cornball movies I have ever witnessed. Still rustles my jimmies that it made as much money as it did and is like #2 or 3 all time for openings and like #4 or 5 all time in total gross. The movie was no where near that good nor did it deserve it. I'll watch it if it is on, but by no means is it any good.

This one though just looks dumb. The original concept of Jurassic Park was cool, making 4 sequels retreading the same thing is laughable. ]

People get upset about too many comic book movies, then go see chit like this. Fuk you.

Exactly. But those are the best customers - white adolescents who never grew up, extremely liberal and low in testosterone, dumb and spoiled yet think they are intellectuals because they finished some irrelevant college and watch Morty and Rick and they are terrible with money, easily yielding 10-15$ for every mindless, unoriginal CGI fest Hollywoodshits down their throats lately

Wonder why they haven't gone with the idea that other people (probably the wrong kind of people) started making dinos (the research is open source type thing). I read some interview where the writer was considering that as an angle. Think it would have been more interesting than rescuing a pet raptor fr a volcano. That said I'm a loyal JP fan, will watch and look for the best in it.

So they all die? WTF. They showed the island blowing up and the dinos all jumping into the ocean. In before all the dinosaurs just swim back to the shore. Movie looks retarded.

this..worst plot idea ever. First jurassic park was actually somewhat realistic and dark. This made it much more enjoyable and the reason its a classic till this day.
