The guy fukked up so many times, he put both his hands behind his back he could've got shot right there, when he was crawling he reached into his back being told numerous times he would get shot if he reach for anything...There have been so many times where someone put their hand behind their back and pulled out a gun and killed cops, I don't like cops and I don't hate them, but in here the guy did not listen to the instruction and he paid for it with his life

A guy has multiple guns pointed at him and is scared ****less. The cop was telling him to do 7 different ****ing things at once. Why couldn't he get one of his other officers to cuff him? Why make him crawl to them like an animal?

So the guy had a BB gun, resembling a real gun, and was pointing it at people from a hotel window? And then when the cops were called, as a result of his threatening actions, he **** his pants and failed to follow commands and made a suspect move towards his waistband? they thought someone else might be hiding in the doorway with a gun. which is why they wanted the guy to crawl to them im guessing. what should of happened was tell him to stay put and interlock his fingers, one cop would go subdue him while the other goes in to clear the room at the same time. people do stupid **** when they got someone yelling and pointing a AR them. you would think this kind of **** would be in their training.

Lmao nice name calling from a no Avi scum. I guess that's the cop's fault for not being able to interpret the hand movement as pulling up pants and not reaching for a weapon. 1. The cops had been called about someone pointing a rifle out of a window. They can't go up to the guy, because doing so puts them in the line of fire from the hotel room they're investigating.

2. All the guy had to do was slowly crawl towards the cops without grabbing his shorts, keeping his hands visible and in front of him. Two cops have rifles pointed at you and you're worried about your gym shorts?


The fact that the guy turned out to be unarmedin this instanceis irrelevant. The police don't know that you're unarmed, and don't assume that you're unarmed, ever.

Yeah guy crawling fukced up. Reached for his back like 3 times after being told not to. Although it is awkward to crawl with your hands up in the air. Dude was obviously scared. Too bad he got killed over some bullshiet.

Deadliest game of Simon says of all time. Cop couldn't figure out what he wanted the guy to do "kneel and cross your legs!" "now crawl towards me!" "wtf stop moving I said cross your legs!". Made him cry and panic. Then offed him. No control over the situation at all. Need to know when to dial up which is fine, but you also need to know when to dial back.

Not watching the video however how would you react if you where in the cop's shoes? You might say I would do this, that and blah blah however you have a split second to make a discussion. What if the guy was playing coy then whipped something out and popped off a couple of shots potentially killing you and a civilian looky-lous. Not playing sides but I think people don't realize how often Tazers do not work, and if someone is waving around a fake weapon in a window expect to get your face split wide open.

I saw this earlier this morning. Gave me chills from the moment they started engaging the two citizens.

My $0.02.

This could have been avoided. Unfortunately it wasn't. I understand why the cop might have felt justified to shoot, as the guy did reach towards his waistband. However I don't think most cops in that situation would have shot, or been nearly as aggressive as the dude in question was. The victim was crying, clearly confused by the directions. No he shouldn't have reached back. However I can also understand why he did, if his shorts were falling off that was probably a reflex on his part.

All around chitty situation. I've seen the vids where cops are blindsided by someone seemingly complying and it sucks. Wouldn't want a cop to be injured/killed because he gave a guy benefit of the doubt. It doesn't make what happened any less terrible tho.

Forget their was a death. This manlet cop escalated a scene he had no information about, with two confused people, one of them shaking so hard he can’t even crawl.
