I have tried it and didn't really see any benefits. My girlfriend says it calms her down a bit anxiety wise.

I did get it for my aging dog, the animal droplet kind, and it has helped him alot during the evenings as he was very restless and whined and barked alot. Seems to sleep thru the nights better now.

Yes I do also have deload weeks
Kratom is cool, but be careful, it is addictive and the withdrawals feel exactly like dope sickness (have experienced both unfortunately).

I used kratom to get off the harder stuff, so it's definitely helpful, but I am addicted to kratom now and do about ~1oz per day.

The upside is it works in many of the same ways that opiates do, but unlike opiates it binds to different opioid receptors than the mu-opioid receptor - which is the one that causes respiratory failure (and death).

Agreed if you're looking for pain relief. I don't think it helps with inflammation.
My father was on tons of pills for arthritis all over his body.

The lady knew from his blood that he wasnt taking his prescription and asked why he stopped.
He didnt tell her exactly what he was doing, but she said his numbers relative to the inflammation and arthritis have never been better.
She told him To keep doing what hes doing.

I tried some once, mostly out of curiosity, and took it for 2 weeks but felt zero change in anything. Could have been sugar pills.

For anxiety I would recommend 25mg of Tianeptide Sulfate or Sodium. For muscle spasms and aches and pains I would recommend 50-75mg. Sodium is preferable as it won't degrade as easy as sulfate. Also works wonders for people with GI issues as it works as an intestinal tract anti-spasmodic will slow down the intestinal tract at the rate of bentyl which is 100X better than Imodium. Mod delete comment if it's a no no it's legal and safer than kratom with way less of the addictive properties.

Tried legal CBD was meh but worked with pain and slowing down my GI tract, prefer the prescription version but it does work just not as well.

I would reccomend making your own Tincture, buy some isolate and dissolve it in olive oil or almond. If you checkout the subreddit on CBD there are a ton of vendors that post coupon codes for first time buyers and what not. as just buying a oil from bluebird botanicals or CBdistillary can be pretty expensive ie 40 for a months worth for my wife and I as it would take 12-15 drops a piece a day. where as buying the isolate and making it ups the potency and for example we can each take 2 drops in the pm and sleep like babies and 2 in the morning and I actually was able to decrease perscription meds.

CBD is very expensive compared to its counterpart. It may have healing properties, but without any sort of high It's a giant waste of money in my opinion.

**** the vape pen, just take it orally. Also get from a high quality company that tests, etc. Even though full spectrum has thc, it's in small legal amounts. If you're worried about coming out positive on a drug test then get a isolate.

Some good companies to look at are nuleaf and bluebird

I guess you are unaware that the only cannanbinoid that gets you high is THC. CBD is but one of the 6 cannabinoids found in cannabis and they all have completely different functions

Legal weed (no thc, just cbd) hit big in Italy this year, have tried it for a while but there are no discernible benefits, not even slight anxiety alleviation
I got this

I just started taking some. I did a lot of research and ended up buying from Green Mountain CBD. They seem like one of the top brands.

A lot of Cbd products still have trace amounts of thc in it which can pop up on drug tests. If you want true thc free Cbd you need to look for Cbd isolate, but it’s not as effective as full spectrum Cbd.

Tried it last year, gave me a feeling of huge relaxation. Kind of felt spaced out. Had to stop taking it when I was developing gyno from it and started hearing voices in my head when waking up after sleep. But if you don't get those side effects its a great thing to try, only thing is it costs heaps.

I haven't read every post so this might have been mentioned but....

I learned the other day that CBD is the reason for "Flowers" having that unique, calm, non freak out high effect. It interacts with the other compound somehow.

All the newer stuff which I can't talk about, but is 80%,90%,100% pure *unmentionable compound*... Is why so many people are having panic attacks etc when trying concentrates. Lack of CBD. So I would guess a quick shot of "CBD" oil would calm down any person that got too high.
Are you not entertained?

I had it in my vape and it did nothing, and was way overpriced. Junk stuff, just smoke some pot if you want to relax
