Yes, I am 30 and most people think I am in my mid twenties. This all because I have taken care of myself after HS. Working out, tons of water, and moisturizing. I am married to someone that is 25 and most of her friends are shocked that I am not their age just based on my looks. 99% of the people I went to HS with back in the day are bloated and old looking. None of them took care of themselves and father time caught up with them.

Sorry but you look around mid 30s. Maybe because you keep in shape people perceive you as being younger. But at least you had the balls to post a face pic.


Not uncommon to look 5 years younger than your actual age if you're in decent shape. I find facial hair makes the biggest difference. and if you have crappy facial hair genetics then you'll always look much younger.

A lot people think I'm 10+ years younger than I am. I had one guy in the gym ask me what I plan to do once I'm his age (34), I must have looked pretty confused by that and he was shocked when I told him I'm 44.

Funny thing is I have gone full grey yet people just assume I dyed it like that.

I always thought it was a curse growing up to have that young look only to find out it was actually a blessing. I'll be 47 next month and I still have people assuming I'm in my late 20's early 30's.........feels good!

im a manlet 5'6 so when I'm shredded I look about 17 when I'm 26
that's why I maintain higher body fat 15 percent and look a lot older

Now go to Walmart on a Friday evening and start guessing ages. You will overshoot the mark almost everytime on any that is over 30.

The point being, most people look older. Not many look their actual age and a rare few look younger. I'd say the dude that posted a pic looks younger, but mostly I'm mirin his lifts. So I am biased I suppose.

I also look younger, but it was a bad thing through my mid-20s. I looked like a tweener.

Genetics, no abuse of alcohol/drugs, avoiding excessive Sun exposure, sleeping as much as possible, drinking lots of war every day while having a solid diet over a long period of time will do wonders. Now imagine your typical Western party lifetsyle - even worse with women with make-up. Everyone chilling @ the beach, and boom 5 years later they can all nearly get senior citizen passes. Other factors that you may not prevent include hair. Having no hair will easily add 5-15 years on your age. Also being overweight will obviously make you look at a lot older.

BobbyD looks mid 30s like me. I think I look my age now whereas 3-5 yrs ago I was waiting to look my age.

This is from last summer. Starting to get some grey peppering, which I like.

Don't know this feel. I was always the guy in HS buying booze and cigs cause east euro gorilla hair genetics already had me looking like I'm 25. Lasted till about end of junior year when we found a hook for legit scannable fakes. Even after we got the fakes I rarely got carded.

Had people asking me if I was a senior as early as sophomore year

I'm stuck in that stage where I look older than most teenagers yet due to my lack of facial hair and asian features I look obviously younger than 20s

Last time I went for a drink was in December for the Chargers vs Chiefs game, and the waitress forgot to ask me for my ID and I said “wait don’t you need to check my ID?” Lol most of the time I get asked though. I look my age I would say

With asians though it seems like they retain their "youth" look up to the 50s then become a granny overnight. So with that in mind there's a possibility I'll end up looking younger than my age in my 20s. Dasitmayne
