true that was more for effect. i think everyone intuitively knows that to not do a lot of these things make you better off. you can easily find resources about negative mental/physical effects anyway

Intuitively people "know" a lot of things are wrong and indefensible. Relying on your gut is for animals. Humans use their brains and come up with rational explanations for their behavior.

You're going to have a hard time convincing me that a married couple having sex solely for an orgasm is immoral or corrupt. in the first place, i wont argue this not that you are right but because i have beliefs about this im not that sure about. such as maybe as a male, you are better off not doing so. i will say that most people are far from this situation in my age group and its better than the alternative thats popular. in the second, cheese is good for you so its a bad example. i think food should be approached for the macros/micros and be pallatable instead of going to restaurants and being a fatass like its acceptable to do
