This morning was kodiak protein pancakes, and a small wrap with wheat tortilla cheddar, Canadian bacon and 1 scrambled egg. Haven’t had coffee in 2 months.

Cheerios and a chocolate milk (separate items. the cheerios had regular cow milk with them).
Usually eggs/rice/black beans though (like 6 days out of the week).

The GOAT breakfast is below and you can not convince me otherwise. Cheap, quick and fuels the gainz.

1 protein shake
1 large scoop of peanut butter

Carb free - don’t need carbs until afternoon/evening when I lift
Costs less than $2
Take 1 min to make

One packet of oatmeal (organic kind), oikos yogurt 15g of protein, two hard boiled eggs, and a banana. Wash it down with some black coffee, fish oil and multi. This is my breakfast Monday through Friday. Thoughts? 530 calories, 33g of protein
