Congrats and never go back. 30 beers a day, surprised you could even make gains like that. Did you eat less? I find that most people who drink a ton barely eat

no hijack, but I gave up drinking for lent this year, and had several work events out of state. Going through the airports with these beautiful gigantic images of Tito's or Makers, hit me like a hook to the gut. Then open bars at these functions? Then the sky lounge having open bar?!?!? I made it, but it bummed me out lol.

OP, awesome job! I am just a few days outside of 3 months. I appreciate miscers like you and the others that have gone this route and are being strong.

A day in the life.

7 days a week for almost 18 months.
Start around 10am, drink 4-5 or whatever was in the fridge.
Go to the store for lunch and grab a 12-pack, drink that then get the dog at daycare.
Grab a 12-pack on the way home.
Girl would come home from work and we would go to BDubs and I would have 6-8 big drafts.
God home and dig into the second 12-pack but not finish it all to make sure there was some there to start again the next day.

I did a lot in the past which was a ton of self-medication. Now I do from time to time but I also force myself to do everything I would do in the past that involved drinking to make not doing it, normal.

I didn’t eat less whochbis why I was a bloated mess lol...I still squatted 635 during that time which was actually part of the problem...I didn’t have the correct consequences needed to cut the chit.

That's what they all say at first. After I rolled for the first time at 20 I was a lot more open minded and a lot happier from the experience. That and psychedelics can be a life changing experience.

That's awesome OP. I went without alcohol for six months once. I need to do it again because I cant control my consumption once I start.

There is a distillery that just opened down the street from me that makes the craziest infused liquors, coolest atmosphere they have setup and the tastes are just like heaven. I dunno how I can completely say no, best I can do is limit myself right now, I need more willpower.

It's actually amazing. Alcohol is horrendous. There are ways to relax that don't have bad side effects/long term effects.
