Congrats and never go back. 30 beers a day, surprised you could even make gains like that. Did you eat less? I find that most people who drink a ton barely eat

I want to drop alcohol but I find it too enjoyable, probably down to an average of 2-4 drinks a week though, all these delicious craft beers and liquors everywhere now, hardest time to stop.Did you stop just to be healthier or because you felt like you were drinking so much it was a problem?
OP, awesome job! I am just a few days outside of 3 months. I appreciate miscers like you and the others that have gone this route and are being strong.

7 days a week for almost 18 months.
Start around 10am, drink 4-5 or whatever was in the fridge.
Go to the store for lunch and grab a 12-pack, drink that then get the dog at daycare.
Grab a 12-pack on the way home.
Girl would come home from work and we would go to BDubs and I would have 6-8 big drafts.
God home and dig into the second 12-pack but not finish it all to make sure there was some there to start again the next day.
