I posted in the games sub-section why I think this could be a really good thing. I wonder who they will cast in many of the Lodge actresses, especially Philippa. And they better include Vernon Roche in a great way - perhaps mix bits of the game and the books.

Nice, Henry needs a good rebound role after the whole DC Comics fiasco.

For those who haven't read the books, which the tv series is based on. Geralt is not going to be nearly as badass as he was in the video games. He was a lot more emo and angsty in the books. The entire book series had some heavy liberal themes in it and lots of vagina power. Yall have been warned lol. Heck its all about Cirri not Geralt. Still should be badass though if they dont muck it up too bad.

Fuk Jason Statham.
Damned shame. I think he actually looks the part, and has a gruff/rougher voice than Cavill. He's got far more martial arts/combat training too which would be pretty ideal for the role of Geralt.
