Same, I'll always have bad feels over that one. He was the only rocker from that generation I felt I could relate to on a personal level.
A million miles away - I don't.. feel.... anything.

None.

According to the Dunbar number, the human brain can only account for approximately 150 "relationships" between other humans. This has been widely departed, but if anything the number is actually lower. None of those people in my life are celebrities. I've lost enough real friends to real events to feel any sort of sadness towards celebrities who die due to drug overdoses, suicide or stupid traffic accidents. If they're lucky enough to make it past 80, there's not a damn thing I feel sorry about towards them. That's a dang good life they lived.
"If in my say 80 years on earth I do more help than damage, then I feel complete."

James Gandolfini

I did feel quite sad for mac miller too, never listened to much of his music but he seemed really chill and he was way too young to die.

Also Viro the Virus, many probably don't know him, but it hit me because he was so talented and never 'made it', and his death was just weird and it's hard to find any solid info on what exactly happened.

Also Avicci, mainly because of his age. Always tragic when young life is lost, especially when it's avoidable.

Rich piana as well - followed him a lot so his death was surprising to me.. i mean it was clear he probably wouldn't live to his 80s but i'm not sure many expected him to die at 25.

None of them made me cry or super upset, mainly just hit me a little and made me contemplate life for a minute.

Plenty of others that died that i thought really sucked - paul walker, lemmy, chester, but i didn't really feel much like i did the others.

Second this. Superunknown is my favorite all time album and left an indelible mark on my youth. I should also say that Chris Squire, the bassist for Yes, affected me greatly.

Rich Piana - The guy was real af and told everyone how it is, the dude was pure alpha, right babe?

Surprised no one mentioned him yet..

Rich pretty much was the reason why I took bodybuilding seriously and his videos were motivational. They guy succeeded in everything he wanted and owned a huge business. Whatever it takes..

I've honestly not felt much of anything except thinking "Well that sucks". Even people I actually liked a lot. What can you do about it? Better to not be a sad bitch.

Greg Plitt kind of did. Having met him a couple times and talked to him just a month or two before he died. I think it was just sort of surreal and annoying as chit that he died in such an avoidable and ridiculous way.

Not really. I have a hard time getting overly bummed out about the death of someone who doesn't know I even exist. It's nothing personal. I just never understood getting very bothered with celebrity deaths.

David Brockie aka Oderus Urungus of Gwar - Favorite Metal band and he was basically the only guy that wasn't replaceable in that band. It's actually depressing to see them try and go on without him.

Jonathan Brandis - Child actor that committed suicide. I liked him in Ladybugs and Seaquest DSV. It was the first time as a kid were I really experienced someone I was a fan of dying.

I get bummed with all the WCW and WWE wrestlers dying over the years. They die really young and it hits me right in the childhood feels when they die.
