Got one and it definitely did keep my upper back, shoulders and neck from rolling forward or slumping

I gave up because I realised that actually training my own muscles to do this would be more effective than just constraining them but it was still good for instilling a habitually better posture.
Somehow still managing to avoid getting 'too big'

I had similar issue some time back and I used on posture corrector recommended by my friend. Yes, it works. You should give it a try.
