Right now almost all of my energy goes into watching/helping my kids reach their full potential. 100% the most fulfilling mission I’ve ever taken on and I’d call it a passion. I still get excited about lifting but not as seriously as I have in the past. I don’t watch many movies or much tv, and when it is it’s usually with the kids. It’s usually either survival shows or shows about the wonders of Earth and/or the universe. I want to instill a wonder in them, and science has always fascinated me. Not sure I would call it a passion but it’s one of my biggest interests. Other than that it’s table tennis at work(repped fellow table tennis brother above) and sex. I’m always surprised by people who can’t find things to get passionate about or at least seriously in. There is so much amazing stuff around us that I could live thousands of lives without taking in everything I want to.






Also, because I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to post one of the GOAT album intros.

I've been playing a lot of badminton recently. Constantly getting destroyed by any good player tho as they have amazing placement of the birdie. Really good cardio workout

My Grandfather smoked his whole life. I was about 10 years old when my mother said to him, 'If you ever want to see your grandchildren graduate, you have to stop immediately.'. I've got the epiphone equivalent of BB King's Gibson I don't play it much though. I the fretboard feel a lot better than the fenders that I've owned in the past. The one I play the most is an Alverez acoustic, electric that I love. It has the best feeling action of any guitar I've ever played. The sound can't compete with Martins or Taylors but I still love it. I'm a big fan of Takamine too. I had to quit playing for 3 years because I had a nasty case of psoriasis on my hands which made playing impossible. I got that taken care now so I've been getting back into the past year or so. Folk music is probably my favorite to play
