losing their glow must be really harsh. imagine having that youthful radiance shine brightly, then it starts fading to the point that you are invisible. a woman can still be beautiful but loses value when she loses the glow; in fact the older she gets, the lesser the value and she has to work harder to maintain relevance.

even as men age, we can still carry ourselves with charisma. if you stay healthy, you can still be dignified and handsome.

Better to put energy into finding something else you're good at than being beautiful or it will hit you hard later. Still if you constantly get attention you will notice when it's going down.

Honestly, with all the wks these days do they really feel much worse? Is their ego still not constantly being inflated? I'm sure many of them don't even realize how much their looks have declined with all the positive feedback they get.

The days of hitting the wall are over. I know haggard women in their 50's and even 60's who still get 100x more male attention than they know what to do with. It may get slightly more difficult to bang a different Chad every night of the week, but they aren't suffering. At all.

I tend to agree with this. I was in an art show over the summer and had to attend the artist night meet and greet. I was approached by men of all ages and it wasn't just for my art...and I'm not even that good looking.

The nicest one was the 70 yr old guy and he was kind enough to ask me out to dinner first.

I don't think women suffer at all, is what I'm saying. Certainly not going to waste my life waiting for something that won't happen lol.

No, it's not harder to find a relationship in absolute terms. Maybe it's harder to find a relationship with the mythical "top 1%" guy you're holding out for, but you have your pick of tons of guys. You rejected them all, which is your choice and absolutely fine, but don't pretend like you don't have options.

But you go for younger men so it's going to be a bit harder for you. I also feel that women in their 40's who think they're the next best thing to mac & cheese and have ridiculous standards will strike out all day/every day.

You gotta be more realistic because you're not that special...even though you think you are.
