I'm married with children. If I don't have a home gym, I don't work out.

Yeah it's either the Nickelback 24/7 station, CNN, or 10 pop songs on repeat this hour station.

Exactly. Besides, not only do they clog up the machines taking stupid selfie photos but they quit after a few weeks anyway. Gyms are near empty around March.

Tried that a few times and the body was not coordinated, awake, or strong. Researched the human body and it's clock and found out that 4-6 pm was peak strength time and have not looked back.

Not at all. Listen to the music I want, put what I want on the TV, etc. Fantastic.

As long as they just stay on the treadmill I don't care.

My gym has been packed the last few months, I can only imagine what's going to happen starting tomorrow.

This.
Most people won't stick with it most likely, but if someone gets inspired by having a resolution to work out more, I say good for them. Just go later/earlier, or if you're like me & have tons of public gyms to go to (thanks anytime fitness), just go to one that's not crowded lol.

Yep. I've tried going before work before, and although it did make me feel better throughout the day, my workout was no more than like 60% of regular. I'd rather wait for machines after work than have them all to myself in the morning.
