Brown rice also cooks longer, I forget the time offhand since I just find things I like and write them down then forget it - reference the sheet when I need it.

Also make sure the recipe you followed is for a rice/pressure cooker - with my instantpot some ingredients cause it to go to chit real fast or they burn in the cooker but wouldn't normally. I pretty much use mine for: rice, chicken, chili, sweet potatoes.

I cook chicken in it regularly also (not sure if you can with a 'rice cooker' tho?), comes out the same every single time. Toss it in on the rack to keep it out of the water, add spices, set it and forget it. Amazeballs.
I just tried arroz and gandules recipe but difnt Account for rice cooker
Some of the rice burnt but I should have stirred
I was over 2 cups of water per rice lol
I think I’ll try one cup water to rice ratio
Then watch closely and add more water towards the end if I need to

2 cups of water is way too much...

The GOAT rice is Thai Jasmine rice... the ratio is 1 cup of dried rice to 1 cup of water + 1 tbsp water...

Also, if wash your rice before cooking it (i.e. water is almost clear) then stick to 1:1.

I washed the **** out of it
Going to try 1 to 1 ratio
Then maybe add water if necessary

Really want a way to cook the rice with chicken or beef cooked at the same time
Like chopped up and added in together

You can... just don't use bone in chicken and increase the amount of liquid... to say 1.5:1. The meat absorbs some water etc.

If you want more flavourful rice, you can use chicken stock instead of water, add some herbs and spices, etc.
