In my sister's neighborhood, they had one small piece of the sidewalk that was protruding about half an inch off the ground and no shyt they had someone out there leveling it out within a few days. God forbid some soccer mom on her phone trips over a little raised concrete.

I'm currently in La Jolla. The car that everyone drives around here are the Tesla SUVs.

Also nice neighborhoods around here are far away from businesses or grocery stores in general. The nearest businesses are a Chevron gas station and a Bristol Farms....basically another one of those overpriced "Whole Foods" type stores.

IMO as an RE brah, the biggest clue is homes with excellent curb appeal - meaning it's a quality property that's well maintained and even has a few frontyard improvements.

For example, one of the higher equity areas in my city has blocks of homes that lookk something like this:

Ya know as opposed to this:

Another good clue is non-homeless/non-vehicle-less pedestrians. So people jogging, walking dogs, taking a stroll.

Well maintained roads and high value vehicles is another.

which is actually quite annoying if I want something quick I'm forced to go to Sprouts or whole foods. Even Target and Costco are pretty far away.

No, in general poor people don't walk their dogs. They are usually in the backyard or chained. In affluent areas, homeowners are out walking their dogs and usually picking up after them. Showing them off sometimes depending on the breed. The dogs are groomed. These walks can be long because the owner wants to exercise their dog and/or also exercise themselves.

Stay at home moms
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

A gated community often times are just pre-fab homes/McMansions, people with $ want to differentiate themselves, not live in some 5BR/4BA template home where every home on the block looks the same. There are some very exclusive gated communities but they're a small minority.
