In my sister's neighborhood, they had one small piece of the sidewalk that was protruding about half an inch off the ground and no shyt they had someone out there leveling it out within a few days. God forbid some soccer mom on her phone trips over a little raised concrete.

Also nice neighborhoods around here are far away from businesses or grocery stores in general. The nearest businesses are a Chevron gas station and a Bristol Farms....basically another one of those overpriced "Whole Foods" type stores.

IMO as an RE brah, the biggest clue is homes with excellent curb appeal - meaning it's a quality property that's well maintained and even has a few frontyard improvements.
For example, one of the higher equity areas in my city has blocks of homes that lookk something like this:

Ya know as opposed to this:

Another good clue is non-homeless/non-vehicle-less pedestrians. So people jogging, walking dogs, taking a stroll.
Well maintained roads and high value vehicles is another.

Stay at home moms
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."
