I did when I was 17 or 18 years old. But I stopped maxing on bench. I mainly do calisthenics for chest now.

Never benched 315 and probably never will.

I can bust two nuts within 30 minutes though so I'm pretty confident in public.

No hate brah just thought someone with a 315 bench would have a bigger chest.

My chest is similar to yours and I'm well off 315. Your telling me I could bust my ass on bench and my chest may not improve?

Haven't yet... i still lol though cause i have only been lifting for a exactly 1 year and am still setting 20 pound PRs when i do max out. Think i can easily get to 600 deadlift within 6 months easy. 1rm calc says 570 is my current.. dont read much into that although i went up to 535 yesterday from 515 and probably could have done it for a triple.

Depends on the person and their history. I've hit 315 on bench but will never hit 4 plates on the squat due to my ACL tear. There are loads of people with fked shoulders who will never hit 315.

Not even close grip? That’s all I do, haven’t done traditional grip bench in a few years due to injury.

Op, do you have a video to substantiate your claim of 315+ bench?

I’m not there yet, but I have only been lifting for 16 months.

I find it weird that EVERYONE who played ball in high school claims to have pressed 315

Ranchbrah, what was your bench like when you first started lifting? I know you’re up there now to freakish numbers

Truth be told bro I never touched a weight until I got to college to play football and they had me max. No e stat but my first time benching I put up 300 (mind you I was 6’6 and weighed 300) and it was the most awkward, slow, uncoordinated bench press probably in human history.

Edit: just read your post about only lifting for 16 months, if that’s the case bro you have a ridiculous frame to pack muscle on.

Genetics to press 300 with no training is rare as fk. Nice

Big dik boyos measure strength from ground level BB row not chit tier bb bench or the grand cope deadlifters that “don’t squat anymore”

Plus what good is a 315 bench if your chest just ends up looking like that
Hm.

If you're reading this, you're probably a *******
