Cop was in the wrong here (serious).

Guy was restrained, yes he assaulted the officer and should get additional charges for it but he was restrained.

Cops that can't control their emotions like that are dangerous people.

He definitively deserved it, but the cop should be fired for that chit imo. It's your job to be a professional and not go around knocking out handcuffed people, wtf is that chit.

Why do they have to stay 100% calm? There is a surefire way to get fuked up by the cops...do something like this. It’s a crazy thought but I’ve never been knocked out by a cop...I wonder why.

Do I really need to explain why kneeing a handcuffed dude in the face isn't the correct way to go about it here? Not saying he was right in spitting at the cop, but the officer majorly fukked up here. I don't want a guy who can't control his emotions to walk around with a badge and a gun brah.

Not at all but let’s not kid ourselves...how long do you let that go on before it’s time to remind the apparently retarded perp that he isn’t in charge?

I said earlier that the dude is fuked unfortunately but this kid needed a tune up. I dont know what he was arrested for but I will guarantee it wasn’t the first time.

What the deputy should have done was pushed his head into his crotch after he spit. Striking a restrained suspect isn't going to fly. Secondly, after the first couple of times the suspect spat at the ground, a spit hood should have been placed on the suspects head to avoid any further situations that may arise.

This is exactly right. Key point: the suspect is restrained. And like I stated before- a spit hood should have been used after the first time the dude spat.

^This. When I was in college I worked security at a major retailer. We had spit bags, if I had a dude restrained and he was spitting or seemed like he would, he got a bag over his head.

Dude was purposefully trying to get a rise out of the cop. Calling him names, making insults, that was all he could do was be a loudmouth. It shows the dude got to him cause after he knocked him out he asked him, "Whose the b!tch now?!"

Do I feel sorry for the dude who got knocked teh fuk out? Naw, if I was there I would have just shrugged at the other cop. If I was the cop though... to be honest I would have felt guilty after k.o. the handcuffed dude.
