Not jacked by any means but my body dysmorphia got worse, lifting and everything around it became an obsession, spend even more time looking in the mirror and critiquing my physique, view food as macros, stopped going out as much so my social circle shrunk to other gym bros mostly and overall became more insecure and constantly compare myself to other dudes on the street. I wouldnt trade lifting for anything else though, lol.

Its funny how people say this chit all the time yet all my jacked friends sipping on OJ who are all like 250+ lean all have the hottest sloots gravitating towards them and people constantly asking to take pics with them and chit. The whole overly muscled thing being repulsive is massive cope

I didn't say it's repulsive. I like muscles, but you don't have to be overly jacked for me to appreciate your physique. Plus, what is your sample size? The fact is that most women don't find the huge veiny BB'er type attractive.

But even the veiny guys dont look like that in day to day life. They look veiny one day on stage when flexing hard asf under the perfect light. None of the guys I talk about are overly jacked in my opinion but any natty will look like a kid next to them. Its also the whole presence of just being huge and dominant that makes the girls gravitate towards them

You cant possibly know that being a woman lol. Men are insecure asf, they see a guy with all the things they dont have and cant have and start hating coz they feel threatened. They will cry and call out dudes for being on OJ then go home and cry into their pillow wishing they looked like that...

I'm just giving you my opinion as a woman. I think it's pretty rare for women to be attracted to that extreme huge bb'er look. I'd also like to add that if you're only doing these things to attract the opposite sex then you're on the wrong path. Hopping on at your ages is not a good idea and there are a lot of negative consequences. Just to look good for girls? How is that worth it. Lift and work on your physique for yourself. Because you enjoy it. The side benefit will be you're healthier and more attractive to the opposite sex. Also, get out of your heads. Look around at the general population and stop being so body dysmorphic.

No one ever guesses my age though. So I don't think they're assuming I'm a grandma. lol I've talked to guys I know IRL about this, and they're always shocked that I don't get approached. I am not close to model tier, but I dress nicely for my body type, I have good skin, good healthy hair and get complimented on my smile/dimples and eyes quite frequently. It just is what it is. I have friends my age who are not as in good shape who do get hit on, so your guess is as good as any.

Its hard when there is pressure for you to look a certain way. Where I grew up you go to the gym and all the guys there are sipping on OJ since 18 years old some even earlier. They all have great lives and top tier looking women around them meanwhile you bust your ass knowing you will never get to that level. Its funny how some of these dudes get anything they want and noone will say anything to them coz they look huge and automatically have more respect. Its seriously the biggest red pill, IMO spending time with people like that.

Nah good looking Chad's get a lot of hate, anyone that is even remotely insecure will hate on them. Plus other dudes judge the chit out of Chad's if you aren't part of their crew.

Yeah, if that's what you're around, then of course you're going to compare yourself to them. Honestly though, the pressure is coming from within. You need to get out of your own head. You don't need to compete with people who aren't natural. You will age much better than them and be much healthier for being natty at your age. It's quite sad to think of people so young doing that to themselves. Also, if that is how you look in your avi, you look great IMO. You obviously work hard so just keep doing what you're doing. You're still so young. As everyone here will tell you, as you gain muscle maturity in your later 20's and early 30's you'll just continue improving.

Biggest change is get looks most anytime I go out. Mostly from guys. Occasionally will get approached, but it is rare. Will get certain comments. One time overhearing a girl say to her friend if she’s just going to keep following this guy... Certain people has made comments to their bf in front of me so I hear. Like one talking to her bf about her not caring about him not working out and that she doesn’t care about muscles. But it hasn’t made a difference for some. Matches are dead for me and in person even on my best day the hottest girls will give me the quick look away.

Thats the thing you have to weigh the negatives and positives of everything and what it can give you vs what it takes away from you. Thats why I feel like noone can really tell you whether doing something si worth it or not as everyone is diferent.

Well that's the thing that I think is so dangerous about it. You get addicted to that feeling and then you can't stop and if you do stop, you're always so disappointed in how you look. You need to learn how to be happy with yourself.

Idk about this. Usually the guys who think they have “haters” are just douchebags with an attitude.

Goodlooking normal nice guys don’t generally have “haters” and instead people like them and treat them well.
Thought this... But hate is real, girl. Guys will want to fight you out of nowhere, srs.

If you go to family reunions the conversations will be about your muscles, and prettty much this almost everywhere you go. the stares, getting girls, everything is easier.

Like you said once you come off its twice as hard
Well, I think you and I have different opinions of what decent looking is. If you're always thinking the bigger the better, then yes, you're going to be disappointed if you're not matching guys who are on. You've said yourself that you've only been back to lifting recently. Give yourself some time to get some gains back. Stop thinking it's going to be immediate.

You're welcome and yes, body dysmorphia sucks. Been there, done that. This is why I tell you guys what I do. I totally understand where you are coming from, but I'm here to tell you, you look much better to everyone else than you do to yourself. You are so young, you've got tons of time and if you keep putting in the hard work you'll just get better and better.
