I agree with a part of your sentiment but your straight "forcing down people's throats" logic is flawed. Being straight isn't forced on anyone because being straight is ground 0 for most humans when they are born. Just like how people won't tell you they are straight, because why would they? It's assumed you're straight because it's still a very small % that are gay no matter how misrepresented HBO and media makes it out to be.

That's the underlying problem, most people don't care how you swing but they do care when they are constantly being told "Hey btw I am gay" "We're gay deal with it". If the whole LBGT community just when about their day like everyone else then people wouldn't care.

These celebrities are gated to the real world with their enormous wealth. They will always cater to movements that give them the spotlight, give them talking points. They are pure trash and to look-up to people like this is fuking hilarious. They couldn't give a sh*t about you yet millions still buy all these tabloids. That's a true disease of the world, celebrity worshiping.

Straight people aren't defined by their sexuality. That's the problem with the gay community, because they are constantly identifying themselves as this separate entity.

I just can't believe how much attention they shine on the whole "LGBTQAIABCDEFGBBQHOTSAUCE+" movement these days. They are like 5% of the population. Like 0.4% of you narrow it down to just trans people and whatever various "gender identities" they claim. It's gotten WAY out of hand over the past decade. There is zero reason for such a tiny minority to be so blatantly, and loudly, over-represented in society. It's simply dishonest. Identity politics. It keeps simple people from focusing on the financial ass raping both parties are giving us. Don't pay attention to flat wages, skyrocketing cost of living, chinese buying the west coast, social security ponzi scheme, higher education failure, a healthcare system in crisis, consumer/corporate/government debt levels, et al. - hey look over there that gay person is probably a molester! Or look over there, they hate you because you're gay!
