We have a an ‘intact’ tranny at work who gawps at us in the ladies changing room... super uncomfortable but nothing we can officially do or say about it for fear of losing our jobs.

We have started shielding each other when we get dressed now. If you can’t conform to being your biological sex then you need your own changing room, salons, sports. What is going on is not ok.

Would happily support these people to get their own dedicated facilities but as it is now, it is women who are bearing the brunt and having our “safe spaces” invaded.
