I went out on a blind date with a girl who I called the 4...I was just not attracted to her physically. 4/10 face, body was like an 8/10, personality was 9/10, was an architect and made good money. I kept trying, went out about two more times, and just didn't feel it. She texted me after the third date and asked why I hadn't made a move on her. Super direct. Basically just told her I liked her, but wasn't physically attracted to her. Felt real bad about it, but she was cool and asked me to hit her up if I ever changed her mind.

You gotta decide if you want to waste her time or not. I'm 99% certain you won't change your mind, regardless of the intellectual connection, because you're a dude. If she really is a 10/10 but just unattractive to you, I'd be upfront and just tell her that.

I disagree. In relationships, or dealing with any situation where you need to say no, you let it be known in no uncertain terms. Tell a someone you don't have a connection and they'll come fix your internet, tell them you don't have any chemistry and they're going to build you a bomb. Anything else is leading someone on.
