I wouldn't really look at it that way.

1.Being rejected frees up your time for bigger and better things
2.If you feel negative emotions, anger, hatred, disdain, envy, this can drive you to do great things

Rejection is only bad if you dwell on it and don't change anything.

Rejection ideally should drive you to be your best, it should drive you to improve all aspects of your reality.

I've dealt with a lot of rejection and failure in my life, I counted 20 major failures I've had and honestly I'm grateful for them all as they all not only taught me valuable things, but filled me with intense emotion that made my experience more vivid and real AND emotin that I could use as driving fuel to become the best version of myself.
