The video doesn't show it but apparently the dude threw a bat at them before they shot him and the dad shot him again once he was on the ground. If this is true I don't see how the dad won't get at least manslaughter

Oh fuk yeah, they shouldn't get off solely on self defense, I think some kind of criminal negligence and even manslaughter should be on the table. Just not murder, the guy was a physical threat being pretty big, very aggressive, was threatening their lives and for the most part they were calm and not screaming.

I think what happened prior to this video, whatever reason they armed themselves, that is important. Of the two sides, they seemed far more calm and collected. Did they just show up shirtless with guns or were they threatened and disrobed and armed themselves because of this? The dead guy had a weapon?

I'll be interested in seeing a follow up here. My guess, not to victim shame, but looking at the (dead) guy and watching him, I'm guessing a long criminal record and drug use. The fat father and son are probably law abiding (up until this moment). I don't know how that should factor into this or not but as bad as it is, I kind of side more with the guys who killed the man than the man killed.

That was some of the most ridiculous chit i've ever seen in my life. Dumbasses everywhere.

The guy who got shot was probably the biggest retard I've ever seen in my life. Why in the fuk would you start **** (for what might as well be no reason) with 2 dudes with guns? like, 1) you're outnumbered, and 2) they're both armed. In what world would you win?

If the guy threw a baseball bat at them, then legally that is assault with the deadly weapon. Self-defense using lethal force is perfectly fine if you're being assaulted with a deadly weapon. That said, the 2 hillbillies should have just walked away and they could have saved themselves a lot of pain and suffering. They are incredibly stupid, but not as stupid as the got who got shot. That dumbass was literally asking to get shot and threw a baseball bat at them. I'm unsure what he thought was going to happen.
