You lend your money via peer-to-peer lending and make money on the interest payments?

There are still lazy people who say this stuff, but I'm saying there is validity to it. People are living with their parents way longer than previous generations, even if they have a full time job.

OP's master strategy is sponging off of his parents.... Not house hacking or anything brilliant like that. Living in his parents **** extra house. ..

Also, if I did have a housing payment I would literally rent a small apartment for the cheapest price I can get. I don't care how ghetto. Which would probably be around $300/month.
So the house is not my secret. The secret lies in how I use borrowed money and how I allocate my actual earned income.

There an virtually an endless amount of pyramid and or investment programs and schemes legal and illegal. We don't know your level of education and we don't know where you live, which is a huge caveat to your expenses, and sounds quite reasonable if you live in a "middle of nowhere" state like Montana, Wyoming, the Dakotas or one of those bible belt states.

OP, I'm a little confused by what you claim to be your "secret"
You said you take out loans to pay for your living expenses, and that you invest all of your income since you have no bills.
So, how are you paying back your loans that you took out to cover living expenses? Surely you have a monthly payment to the bank for that loan. Also, what were you able to put up as collateral to secure the loans? Without a massive income and great credit I find it hard to believe you could get an unsecured loan large enough to cover living expenses for any decent period of time.
Let me guess... you put up your house as collateral? The one.... your parents gave you?

Income from investments is still income. Expenses that are covered are still expenses.

And you are smart enough to know that banks don't hand out loans for personal expenses. But I found a way to use borrowed money for very little interest. Its technically a loan but not a traditionally loan like for house or car from the bank.
Don't misunderstand me, the method im using would force anyone to live in a un-ideal situation(a $300 apartment). But my money makes me money instead of going into expenses compared to the folks living near me in the same situation.I become richer on the very same income of those around meinstead of living paycheck to paycheck because I use leverage.
