Changing your drinking water wont matter as much as you think. You get fluoride through your skin through your shower. Best bet is a whole house filtration system

There actually Is a solution. Organic grass fed meat. Raw.
The juices and blood actually have lots of minerals and hydrate you if it's raw. Same with plants, fruit etc. Watermelon.

I’m quite an expert on the subject as i studied it in depth during my biochemistry degree. Fluoride is one of the worst things you can put into your body, but it’s good for your teeth used topically (not swallowed) so you should always spit it out and rinse with non fluoridated water after brushing teeth etc. Sodium monofluorophosphate is better than sodium fluoride in toothpaste as well, it’s less toxic and less harmful to the body. In terms of drinking water, Reverse osmosis is the only way to remove fluoride from tap water, but it’s no good for drinking over time as you won’t get the electrolytes/minerals that you need. The only option is to find a brand of bottled water that doesn’t contain any fluoride and stick with that. Fluoride lowers IQ, and many other things as well as testosterone by the way.

Yes, you do, but for most people a home water system isn’t realistic as it’s very expensive, including the water bills from the amount of water waste there is in the filtration system. It’s all about minimising exposure to fluoride to the best of your ability. Don’t take too long in the shower etc.

There is pretty high levels of chlorine in tap water as well. I stayed at my brother's house for a couple months which is on a well, then went to my parents house which is on city water supply and I could totally smell the chlorine at my parents when I took my first shower. After that I got used to it and could no longer smell it, but it is proof of the high amounts of chlorine in the tap water.

The only way of removing fluoride from tap water is reverse osmosis. But that removes all the beneficial minerals as well, so the only real option for drinking water is a good fluoride free bottled water company.

When you see reverse osmosis on the bottle, does it automatically mean no fluoride?

What's a good fluoride free bottled water company?

Findaspring.com or go looking for springs if you live in hilly/mountainous areas

I would put quality of water fairly low on the hierarchy of importance unless you are dealing with some flint type bananas.
Sun and cold exposure, quality/type of exercise, quality of sleep, relationships will have a greater affect on well-being than type of water. This is only my opinion, but it is based on personal experience and evidence I have come across

bleach is way more dangerous than flouride.

bleach is also in tap water

the biggest threat municipal drinking waters are contaminations in poorly monitored rural water supplies, lead (flint), and THC and HAAs which are known carcinogens caused by disinfection byproducts

I didn't see that review. Did they have their water lab tested after filtration? I thought it was golden because the company lab tested it with the results posted on their website IIRC. I also heard Berkey filters filter out fluoride, but I haven't examined that claim.

There's still a difference between using tooth paste with fluoride to brush your teeth that you don't swallow, compared to drinking it with your tap water.
Shampoo is also toxic if you drink it, yet we use it to wash our hair with.

Your father is a smart man. So I'm guessing distilled water is best. You can still get nutrients from vitamins and fruit. Is it really that bad to only drink distilled?

But if it comes in plastic that's just as bad tbh. Plastic is toxic as well

Just get one of these bad boys. 6 stage water filtration system. This thing even has a UV light internally to make sure it nukes everything the filter doesn't get.

This removes 99 percent of Flaouride from the water. You can't even buy bottled water this good.
