She should be serving mandatory hard prison to set a lesson to the Western female world that now just have it in their heads they can falsely accuse anyone without repercussions.

Absolutely vile side of law. Maybe she should visit real rape victims to and hear stories of people who were actually raped?

And they wonder why men in the work and outside are so hesitant to interact with women?

Once again we seem examples of how men cannot be victims. Whether it's underage sex, divorce court, domestic violence, rape etc. Somehow the law and society believe men cannot suffer from this.

And the only excuse I hear from idiots about too harsh penalties making real victims scared to come forth falls flat when you say in big words: "Guilty beyond reasonable doubt". We have all sorts of methods including rape kits to determine this. Men being in the headlines of rape are just assumed shady or guilty; innocent until proven guilty does not exist for men no matter if the woman is caught out.

Media also needs to be punished for publishing accusations with no formal charges. It should be kept completely quiet until there has been formal charges and an arrest.

We, as a nation, really need to start punishing and prosecuting these girls. They ruin lives and walk away scott free, even when they admit they lied.

Girls and women have since caught on to the power the hold, they seem to be using false accusations more commonly now. Absolutely insane that we as a first world western country handle these women with kid gloves like we do, truly some messed up chit.

Talk to most women and they swear these false claims are incredibly rare and will swear by it (the media tells them so), talk to men in the real world and they will tell you the exact opposite.

same here. i know of one girl whom in order to save face because she was embarrassed made an accusation. she got caught with drugs on campus and then tried to claim rape

and also helped out a girl whom was drunk and the same sorta thing happened; luckily, the cops saw that my friend and i were calm and she was belligerent and drunk. i believe the cops told us that if we were at a home, it would have been a domestic violence call and someone likely would have gone to jail. and from there its word vs. word and we would have had to spent time fighting it

The irony with this situation is the same women that think false rape accusations are dismissable and the story in OP is no big deal, lament how men aren't "real men" anymore, chivalry is dead, if he was a gentleman he would tend to a drunk woman and make sure she is safe. i think it's more so about attention/admiration than it is wanting to feel attractive.
