I've been on it for about 5 years now, and boners have never been better. I had puffy nipples before, and they are actually a bit better now.

Turmeric and fresh ground table pepper stopped my scalp itch.

1 table spoon turmeric (use walmart brand they source domestic so no lead) and 1/4 table spoon FRESHLY ground pepper.
