Very Messed up.

I'm not a violent person but i did lose it when my ex gf lied to me/cheated on me. Broke me up and i regret the way i acted (I verbally abused her)
Then i felt depressed/suicidal over the way i acted and the entire situation.

At the time i had low grade depression/anxiety/ other issues but now i'm a lot happier.


feelsbad tho.
