No, he's not retarded. He knew exactly what he was doing and is now playing the poor little incel game, and it's working. I'm willing to consider his actions were intentional. What really irritates me is how it's NEWS. If the roles were reversed no one would give a chit and they would laugh at the guy.

By "They" I mean insensitive men and women. I can't tell you how many times my female coworkers at Starcucks would say "But you're a guy so it's no big deal".
