I was wondering if this was going to make it on the real misc lol. As always alot of low IQ idiots who are incapable of reading (OP specifically). He already came out and said he was referring to Moreys tweet. Which it was, you don't just antagonize China when you have business partners and other coworkers IN CHINA (Bron was in China playing the Nets). This creates not only a safety hazard, but thrusts people into the political mixture who are not fully educated on what is even going on in that country.

Bron already said he's not getting into the politics of it, he'll let others more informed than him get in on it.. But bad timing on Morey's part, which I can see why he would feel that way

Misinformed = meaning criticism of China. This has everything to do with money, which is why Bron is upset. The issue is Bron is more upset with possible loss of revenue over human rights. You need to stop. The timing of Morey's tweet was not significant with regards to money. Saying anything at all would have cost the league money if he said it before during or after.

So you can't make as simple of a decision as to be for or against democracy - lebron does not have the time or resources to do such a thing??

I mean did he have perfect information on the Kap case? Because he was quite vocally pro-kap - before a court had decided on whether he was or wasnt blackballed.

I'd really like to see Hong Kong stay Hong Kong as it was under British rule, but really Hong Kong belongs to China. China signed a peace agreement after the Opium Wars with Britain where Britain wanted to sell opium to their citizens and China said no, so they went to war over England's right to sell drugs to their people. Hong Kong went to England for 100 years, that is long past. I have no idea how long China was supposed to leave Hong Kong unchanged after the 100 years. I dunno man, there was an agreement. It sucks, HK Chinese are so not Chinese Chinese. I want us to help HK, through negotiations. Non-violent.

This is the real world. I don't live in some fantasy world where the impact of Lebron James words would not be felt or impacted more then they should be. Bron is aware of that, he made a statement basically saying "I'm not knowledgeable enough to make a comment on international politics, however I wish Morey had better timing on his tweet and maybe had consulted others before throwing a grenade in international politics... Don't think that was very smart"

They effect not only you but others around you, no matter how well intended they are. So tell me, Morey's tweet on supporting the protesters.. has it had a positive affect on things over there? because to me is sounds like the equivalent of sending "prayers and love" from half way across the country. Not only did you go about things the wrong way when your an official in such a high place, but you tor****ed any sort dialogue that could have been made from even an NBA stance. Not only did you put others in a compromising position both financially and physically, you backtracked off your original statement and left others to pick up the pieces in China while you were safely at home.
