I've never been able to cut to 117 after the first time. Closest I get is 121 but now it's like if I get to 125, I'm lucky.

You're probably carrying more muscle this time around so that would make sense. I'll be dieting down for another show in 2020 and 117 lbs doesn't even seem realistic anymore. The whole thought of it makes me sick.

So legs has great legs and tiny waist, so where is the fat? Where does it go?

I don't know if I have more muscle. I hope so. I'm always dieting so probably not, and when I'm bulking I'm not lifting because of work schedule won't let me.

No more than 115 lbs I reckon.

Any more, she would need to pack on too much fudge and her juices would turn into sewage waste.

LOL if any man accepts more at that height.

Dunno why you'd want to get lower than that. You looked great in that pic.

I don't know how you do it. I did one comp and that diet totally traumatized me. I still can't eat just egg whites without any yolks and that was 23 years ago.

You poor thing. My first comp my coach had me eating chicken 5x a day. I remember every single bite and wanting to vomit in between downing it with a gallon of water. I stopped eating chicken for 2 yrs after that.

Dieting doesn't have to suck.

OMG chicken 5x a day???? Good lord. I would prob never eat it again. I didn't have a coach and was just roughly following what the nutrition guy at my gym told me to eat. Lots of egg whites, turkey and chicken and plain potatoes. I used to lay on the floor and cry I was so hungry. lol

Nah, my waist isn't super tiny. It's proportional but I def gain there when I gain weight. My stomach loses definition as I gain but it doesn't get flabby fat.

Thank u. Oh, actually for two reasons. I'd like to see if I have any muscle under the fat, and secondly then I could start bulking again. I don't have enough motivation, though. It comes and goes.

Yeah you were doing the old school dieting...that's how we all did it back then. I would occasionally get dry tuna straight out of the can...that was my treat.

Just LOL...we were so fukin stupid...

lol at saying you're fat at your weight. I don't be leaf. I'm cutting right now on a 500 cal deficit and it's killing me. Don't know why I'm bothering because my body seems to want to be at 139-140ish anymore. The past two years has been super difficult to even lose a couple lbs and keeping it off is near impossible. Before that I could cut on 1500 cals and it was easy peasy. Now I'm down to 1250 cals and can barely lose.

No I'm not fat but I mean I don't look like a bodybuilder or like anyone who lifts...but it's okay...I mean I don't need to look buff. It would be just nice sometimes to see definition, especially legs.

Legs have you tried IF?

I still don't be leaf you. You looked like you lifted in bikini pic. You prob just have body dysmorphia.

I've been doing IF 8/16 for several months and it's made no difference. I'm also starving all morning waiting until lunch and it's not getting easier.

Ex was 5' 3" 120 with ab definition, nice legs/ass/34C and she did gymnastics for nine years. She looked perfect at that weight/height with some good muscle.

Do twenty four hour fasts only 2-3 days per week. If you fast too often, and short ones, you're only training your metabolism to slow down. Also there's a protocol for what to eat when breaking that fast. Check out DeLauer on YT.

Eating normally and keeping your metabolism where you want/need it, then dropping a few 24 hour bomb shells in there will be much more efficient and much easier. There's actual science behind it. Ideally you can even go 48 hours here and there - but beyond that the positive effects begin to diminish. (Not that they're not still positive).

I'm dying trying to go for 16 hours, there is no way in hell I could do 24 hour fasting. Especially not since I have to work all day.

Yeah, it's not helping at all. I'm constantly hungry and the mornings at work waiting for lunch are horrible.

No I was doing IF only for a week. I haven't been doing it for months. I'm walking to work while miscing... but I can get into a mode for awhile but it never lasts, especially with my schedule, it's always all over the place.

I do look like I lift at the gym and when flexing but not enough.

You have to be exaggerating with the whale comment. You might feel like it but I seriously doubt anyone would look at you and call you a whale. What sizes do you wear at 143?
