She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

That's a good starting point.

Abs are still visible.

Last spring/summer my plan was to acquire The Shredz by Thanksgiving.

I just couldn't motivate myself to stick with it.

Then in September/Oct. I was dealing with gut issues, nothing serious just annoying.
I was bloated, stomach/gut pain and bad heartburn.
It kept reoccurring on and off through Nov./Dec.
I started eliminating foods from my diet to see what might be causing the problem
I finally stop using stevia sweetener and my gut felt normal after a few days.

Then in Dec. I got sick with a bad cold but not the flu for two weeks. No training at all.

Now I'm feeling great and plan to start tracking my food next week.

My goal is to get to the condition I was in my avi.

This morning I weighed 188.4

You have major body dysmorphia if you think that's even close to lard.

Spent May to November recovering from spinal surgery, all gains were lost, much fat gained

Have lost some weight since, was down from close to 200 pounds to 188 last time I weighed myself

Will post a tasteful nude to show where Iโ€™m at now, once I get to a computer with wifi

Can finally start lifting again, going to start and spend the new decade as the sexiest hunk of man meat in my workplace and neighborhood

Edit: Update with tasteful nude pic, about 190 lbs after 7 months of no lifting

Yeah, I barely drink - never acquired the taste for it - and otherwise, I tend to eat reasonably sensibly. I'll cut when I'm sufficiently uncomfortable. Maintenance is around 3,500.
