Pitbulls get a bad rep. There was fire down near my blocked. The family escaped but their kid was still inside. A pitbull from one of the neighbors was apparently nearby showing signs of concern. A firefighter went inside and rescued the kid, he barely made it out, exhausted laying the ground he revealed the crying baby. The pitbull without even thinking of it's own safety, ran over, bit the firefighter multiple times and then dragged the baby back into the fire.

People that want to be hardcore get pitbulls because it's the cool, "in" thing to do and has been for a long time. They're fantastic dogs when you raise them right.

First of all, it's false. Tiny dogs like chihauhau's probably bite more people.
But since the injuries aren't bad, they don't get reported on.

Second, a lot of trashy people, hoodrats, whitetrash etc, get pitbulls. They raise them terribly, raise them to be aggressive like it's a weapon.
And then no surprise if the pitbull ends up being violent. That's how it was raised.

Also, it's most likely worse than the graph shows because I'm sure a lot of crime isn't reported.

I also hate how pit bulls can never fight 1 on 1. Whenever a pit bull fights a golden retriever and wins, a dozen other pit bulls join in and kick the golden retriever in the head after he’s clearly out. It’s fukked up.

Anyone wanna talk about how when Pitbulls bite other pits, its okay, but when a golden retriever defends itself against a Pitbull attack, there's groups of Pitbulls with Pitbull lives matter signs and other crap. It's messed up
