I actually think thatindividualwomen have a shot at parity in e sports. I don't expect that women will ever dominate the field, but there are bound to be some girls who have an interest, innate talent, and get a lot of practice (I'm thinking older brothers would be a natural).

Probably has something to do with there being a larger talent pool of men than women. If 10 women are allowed to make it and 10 men are allowed to make it but there are 10,000 men and only 100 women the odds are the male team is going to end up with better players.
