I was carrying 3 sheets of plywood out of a building and slipped on some trash on the stairs.

Which then had the plywood shift and force my neck to the side causing a cervical and nerve injury.

It was excruciating. Way worse than the torn labrum.

I couldn't sleep for more than 2 hrs at a time and there was a point I was considering ending it to make the pain stop.

Well he gave conflicting information.

Once he said his doctor brought his levels up to normal.

In another thread he said he was benching 315 and then decided he wanted Minute Maid OJ to go beyond that.

One is acceptable the other isn't

Christ if I was allowed to just bring my Vitamin C back up to age 20 that would be insane but because the VA thinks 600 is high for 50 there's nothing I can do about it

If you think OJ would drastically change your physique then you are in denial my bro. Your physique on these pictures tell me a lot about your eating habits and exercise routine (or lack of). OJ would make you hungrier and would bring you back your morning wood but little more than that, im 100% srs.


However, a strict change of lifestyle, dropping alcohol to 0, exercising daily plus perfect nutrition will completely change your look and people will hardly recognize you in 6 months time. The choice is yours, at least i know what id do if i was in your situation.

You have a good looking face, its such a shame to put a handicap on yourself with that body you carrying.

the cryo stuff is a waste of money. you might be a great candidate for lipo because of how your body wants to store so much fat in mostly just that one area.

the travel, hotel rooms, eating at restaurants on the road all the time is a bitch. it's a tough if not impossible lifestyle to stay lean.
