Implants are the best if done right. There's just something so appealing about perfectly round breasts.

My ex wife had them and half the women I date have had them. It doesn't matter to me, but implants are just better. Maybe because I am a very visual person and like how they look in clothes over how they feel in bed. But again, if done right, they also feel good.

The trick is to not go too big and to have at least a b-cup to start.

It doesn't turn out good with women with no fat or breast tissue to begin with.
