I know people that drive high end cars and they are broke AF, crap credit, etc. Anyone can get someone to cosign a 10-12 year loan on a 100K car and work hard/long enough to afford the note. Even if they are broke and in debt in all other aspects of life.

In this economy there's going to be some real steals in the coming months as people get laid off and have to part with their 1k+ a month car payments ASAP. Coupled with the fact that no one is going out shopping adding another monthly expense on a depreciating asset.

Used car lots are going to start filling up.

Except they aren't 150k. Not new and they can be picked up for 60-65 pretty low miles. 40-45 with commuter miles but in good shape What's so unbelievable about that?

This. Most the guys in my field drive basic cars like a Camry, or a Civic and have nice cars for the weekend despite making 65-70 an hour. I have a basic ass F150 company vehicle and a paid off Fusion for no car payments and all my car money goes into my 23 year old Nissan project.

If you work at a top end bar you can make good tips if you're charismatic, and a good pour

Nonsense used to be a truck driver. Not many trust fund babies out there who know how to drive a truck. So there's a chance that he's actually self-made.

Then next year I'm going to buy another house and rent out this one, the bottom will drop out of real estate after people sell their cars.

At work, we're loading up the boat with cash, and next year we're going to buy a bunch of failing businesses, literally gonna turn into a mini private equity company, and I get to be CFO.


The rich are about to get a lot richer boys.

I like it. If you're well capitalized this is clearly a once in a generation opportunity. Though, like with the rest of the markets and the economy there's still that risk in trying to time the bottom.

What sort of industry are you in and what sorts of industries would you target for acquisitions?

We're in Health Care, currently 1 big specialty that's a cash cow, and we have some cutting edge stuff for 3 additional specialties - the first of which is taking off, but the other 2 aren't far behind - better ways to treat existing chronic diseases.

There are 2 specialties we want to buy up because we think we can manage individual practices better than private practices and make them into cash cows, but there is also a lot of crossover into our other 2 main specialties.

Beyond that we will look at any multisite platform, to re-invent into our specialties, or perhaps manage independently depending.

can't get into it much more than that, but we already have 100 sites, no debt, and think we can expand 10X

No one knows what he does for a living but he was a bartender 2 years ago and now claims CEO 10k a day status. He could be telling the truth but the whole story is suspect as hell. Not many people go from bartending to making bank in their mid to late 20s.

it prob doesn't help he was on here for years talking about his bartending. people used to hate him cause he'd try the chad chit, talking about all the girls he smashed and how he was a bartender. meaning bartending opened him up to the party lifestyle. i also think he was the dude that said gays paid well and that he would walk around shirtless at gay bars

then a little later he picks up the "rich" schtick and people wonder how he comes into money so quickly
