Paying a stranger for sex is often the result of what could be classed as negative emotions; lust, desperation, loneliness, frustration amongst possible others. It is not so much 'satisfying' those negative emotions as offering a temporary respite.

It is NOT a path I want to take. Being a virgin isn't so painful that abandoning what honour I do have feels necessary.
