You wot mayne? Chris Bumstead is like 6-1 and 225, The Rock is 6-4 or 6-5 and 260 lean, Arnold was 6-2 and listed as 260 offseason in his prime, so probably minimum 240 in his 80's movie roles.

That one picture in the OP makes Bumstead look friggin hyuuuuge but in most other photos/video he is aesthetical as fawk but would get mogged by the Rock or prime Arnie.

If I was picking an ideal physique for myself it would be dead center between the two and 12ish% BF. But that ain't happening on the natty train, lol.

Im super out of shape at the moment but i use to keep a good one and i worked hard for it. Never heavy lifting. But i looked good.

Why would anyone want a physique that you dodnt work and struggle for cause if god just snapped his fingers and gave it to you it would be gone in a matters of a few months csuse you would not have what it takes to retain it. You would just for back to your chitty habits.

Props to both guys though. You got to respect that

I prefer something passable in society. The guy on the left looks like he literally never does arms, could round the front of his shoulders more and definitely needs to focus on actual back a little more than just lats.

Proportions beat working two muscle groups for me.

I'd take the guy on the left and replace one chest day with alternating arms and mid/upper back.
