Looks like he'd be a good candidate for a hair transplant since he has alot of thick hair around the sides. I think he'd also look better than he does now if he shaves his head, gets scalp micropigmentation and works out (or at least loses some weight).

Cant judge the guy, he honestly got dealt the ****TIEST hand. The fact he thins he looks good and prefers living permantently with a hat on top of his head says a lot. I would get that insecurity from a 20 year old balding kid but come on, at 34 you should be above that ****.
Hair is the least of his problems too jesuschrist, everything about him looks off. He looks 15 years old and at the same time he looks 50, its hard to explain.
